As fairly New to HR, but having a HR Manager Title. This course has taught me a lot. Kimberly was an amazing instructor, I have signed up for her next course which is the SHRM course. Usually courses are dry and tend to drag on, However Kimberly keep it interesting and the way she taught the course made time fly by. The templates that we received in the course were Excellent and I believe every HR professional should have access to. You will not regret this bootcamp no matter what level you are in within your career.

Just what I needed
I just got promoted to HR Generalist and wanted to improve my skill set and knowledge in this new role. I don't mind learning on the job, but I felt like there were some missing pieces to the puzzle of this position. This Bootcamp helped fill in the gap and opened my eyes to some overlooked areas that I will delve deeper into at work. Our instructor, Kimberly Hartman, was fantastic and very knowledgeable regarding the subject matter. She was patient and allowed us to ask questions as we went.
