Amazing bootcamp!
This boot camp provided learners with the tools necessary to develop pre-work on employee relations (ER) investigations and organize your thoughts. The resources provided in the boot camp are excellent tools to help guide the learner the ER process and toward a successful conclusion. The speakers were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Overall Great Experience
This course was definitely a good way to learn, interact, and gain insight on the employee relations portion of HR. I would recommend this course for anyone who has either minor or major employee relations issue. It helps with being able to understand best practices ,but to even be refreshed on the best way to complete if you have been doing it for some time. If you're an HR professional, I recommend that you take this course.

This is not Law and Order!
Prathan was an excellent presenter. He ensured we understood that ER isn't about finding someone guilty, it is about the likelihood of the event occurring. The scenario was relevant and timely. I loved the safe space to be myself. This was my first live course with Black in HR and I look forward to taking more!
